To thoroughly implement the tasks outlined in the "14th Five-Year Plan for National Intellectual Property Protection and Utilization," improve the intellectual property legal and policy framework, guide innovation entities in accurately understanding and utilizing the design patent application system for products involving graphical user interfaces, assist applicants in enhancing the quality of patent applications, and promote the high-quality development of patent-related endeavors, the National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) has compiled the "Guide for Design Patent Applications for Products Involving Graphical User Interfaces" for reference and use by relevant innovation entities.
