On December 6, Dr. Michiael Willinger, founding partner of Willinger Ricker Schlotter Tostmann, came to hold a seminar in the Beijing Office of AFD China. During the presentation, he gave a brief summary of EPO Post-grant Proceedings.

In addition, Dr. Michiael Willinger also provides the landscape of EPO post-grant proceedings, and he mainly focused on opposition, limitation and revocation, appeal and review. Dr. Michiael Willinger further provides a detail introduction to the four proceedings in defending the patent, such as the time limit, fee, advantage and disadvantage, some key notes, etc. He also showed some key success factors, particularly for the post-grant proceedings.
