Notification on Starting to Accept Recordal Request regarding Fast Preliminary Examination Service for Patent Applications

China (Beijing) Intellectual Property Right Protection Center now accepts recordal of request for Fast Preliminary Patent Examination Service in order to encourage the development of new generation of information technology and high-end equipment manufacturing industry. The service would help facilitate the examination during patent prosecution, re-examination, invalidation, and evaluation proceedings.

For local entities which are interested in the program, the time to file the recordal request is from October 12, 2018 to October 19, 2018.
