New Provision Added to Judicial Interpretation of the Supreme People’s Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Patent Dispute Cases

On February 25, 2013, the Supreme People’s Court released the Decision of the Supreme People’s Court on Amendments to the Interpretation of the Supreme People’s Court on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law to the Trial of Patent Dispute Cases.

This Decision added a new provision into article 2 and gives jurisdiction to designated primary court to handle patent cases.
