SAIC Announces Beginning to Revise the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of China

The State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China (SAIC) has announced the revision of the Anti-Unfair Competition Law of China.

 

On February 28, 2014, the first meeting for coordinating the revision works was organized and held by SAIC's Anti-Monopoly and Anti-Unfair Competition Enforcement Bureau in Beijing

 

The current Anti-Unfair Competition Law has entered into affect in 1993.
