Any visual sign capable of distinguishing the goods/services may be registered as trademark in China. A mark may be comprised of words, designs, letters, numerals, three-dimensional symbols, a colour or a combination of colours; or a combination of these.

Protection Term

10 years from approval date of registration; indefinitely renewable with further 10-year periods.
