Ms. Xiaofen Ma has two years of working experience as an international prosecution coordinator. She graduated from Wuhan University with a master degree in English Language and from Xi’an Jiaotong University with a bachelor degree in Science and Technology English Language. She has taught English in Beijing Petrochemical Engineering College for two years and translated patent documents for one year before joining AFD China.
