11th Chinese Patent Awards issued

On 1 February 2010, the 11th Chinese Patent Award was unveiled in Beijing. Fifteen gold prizes and one hundred and seventy outstanding prizes found their owners, to which Commissioner of the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) Tian Lipu issued certificates.

Chinese Patent Gold Prizes were jointly issued by the SIPO and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and Chinese Patent Outstanding Prizes were promulgated by the SIPO.

One of fifteen gold prizes, Patent ZL 200510132289.3, and one of one hundred and seventy outstanding prizes, Patent ZL 200510098668.5, are issued to one of our clients, ZTE. The applications of these two patents have been entrusted to and prosecuted by our firm before SIPO.
