AFD Ranked Sixth in China as Top PCT filing firm by Managing Intellectual Property Magazine (October, 2009)

In October 2009, AFD China has ranked sixth in China as top patent filing firms for Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) applications filed due for national phase entry in 2009 in the annual PCT survey in Managing Intellectual Property magazine.

This is the first year for Managing IP to list the biggest PCT filing firms. This survey is based upon information on the biggest filers of applications for patents filed under the Patent Cooperation Treaty as published by The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
