IP Protection Centers Across China Complete about 16,000 Cases Related to Rights Protection in the First Half of 2022

On September 6, CNIPA held a press conference to release the results of the 2021 National Social Satisfaction Survey on IP Protection. Zhang Zhicheng, spokesman and director of the CNIPA, said IP protection center plays a significant role in promoting rapid and collaborative IP protection. At present, the business of the protection center is expanding and pilot work such as the pre-examination of patent right evaluation reports has been promoted. According to statistics, IP protection centers across China have completed about 16,000 cases related to rights protection and accepted 64,000 patent pre-examination cases in the first half of this year. Meanwhile, service satisfaction maintains at a high level and continues to rise.
