An Updated Memorandum of Understanding Signed between CNIPA and HIPO

Recently, CNIPA and Hungarian Intellectual Property Office (HIPO) signed an updated Memorandum of understanding between CNIPA and HIPO through exchange of letters.

As specified in the MoU, the scope of cooperation between the two offices is expanded from patents to various IP aspects including patents, trademarks, geographical indications and layout designs of integrated circuits; exchanges and cooperation on IP protection, application promotion, public service as well as practices and standards of patent and trademark examination are also added.

This has further consolidated the traditional friendship between the two offices, expanded bilateral cooperation, improved the cooperation level and is conductive to deepening their pragmatic cooperation on IP. (Translated from CNIPA Website Chinese Version)
