SIPO-INAPI and SIPO-IPO-CZ PPH Pilot Programs Launched as of Jan 1, 2018

State Intellectual Property Office of China  (SIPO) and the National Institute of Industrial Property of Chile (INAPI) and the Industrial Property Office of the Czech Republic (IPO-CZ) have launched the Patent Prosecution Highway (PPH) pilot projects on January 1, 2018, which are to end on December 31, 2020 and December 31, 2019 respectively.
