Report on the Latest Development in IPR Protection and Business Environment in China

On September 28th, Ministry of Commerce held a press conference to introduce the Report on the Latest Development in IPR Protection and Business Environment in China. The Report was published by Office of the National Leading Group on the Fight Against IPR Infringement and Counterfeiting.

The achievements and improvements in IPR protection and business environment in recent years in China  are introduced from the following aspects:  the legal system, administrative law enforcement,  judicial  protection, enhancement of coordination, international cooperation, and business environment.
