Official Fees for Trademark Matters Reduced since April 1, 2017
Chinese Trademark Office announced that as of April 01, 2017, the official fees for trademark matters will be reduced by 50%. The specific items concerned are as follow:
Application for registration of trademark
Application for registration of certification/collective mark
Renewal of trademark registration
Additional charge for renewal in grace period
Recordal of change of name or address of applicant/registrant
Recordal of license contract
Recordal of assignment
Requesting re-issuance of a registration certificate
Obtaining certfication of a trademark registration
Requesting for opposition
Requesting for cancellation of a registered trademark
Requesting review with China Trademark Review and Adjudication Board
Requesting for invalidation of a registered trademark
