SPC published a judicial interpretation on Certain Issues Related to Trials of Administrative Cases Involving the Grant and Confirmation of Trademark Rights

On Januray 10 2017, the Supreme People's Court published a judicial interpretation on Certain Issues Related to Trials of Administrative Cases Involving the Grant and Confirmation of Trademark Rights. The judicial interpretation will take effect as of March 1 2017.
